Last week, Tiger direct sent me a mailer for their big software blow out. One of the things on the list was windows 8. I opened said mailer in my email and clicked on the link for the Windows XP to windows 8 pro upgrade. They sent me the wrong package so now they want to charge me the full price i paid before PLUS another 10 bucks because that is no longer on sale i guess AND they want me to pay for shipping of the WRONG PRODUCT THEY SENT ME.

My recommendation: Never buy anything from tiger direct.com. Anyone else will do
